Coaching
We use an ontological approach to coaching, as developed by Julio Olalla, the founder of the Newfield Network. Ontological coaching addresses the concern for more effective action while also addressing the concerns of the human soul that are mostly left out of our learning practices today. Our approach utilizes experiential and balanced learning in the domains of language, moods/emotions, and the body. It taps deeply into inner awareness and potential and helps people to develop new ways of seeing life.
Curriculum Development
We partner with our clients to custom design curricula and accompanying materials for any age group, in any learning topic. We have designed high level training for commerical aerospace, leadership courses, high school subject matter and preschool classes.
In-service Training
These are an opportunity to dive deeply into a specific topic of your interest. Let us know what practice area you to address, and we’ll create a highly interactive training for your staff. We use a customized approach to training with a focus on specific skills and knowledge that are immediately applicable for the classroom. Past topics have included:

Consulting
We work with your team to leverage your performance in order to address your school’s successes and challenges. We utilize specific processes to streamline your systems and processes as well as working directly with your administrative teams to improve personal and professional capacity.
There are three phases to a consulting engagement:
Phase 1: Assess and Design: We meet with each of the key faculty and administrators to gather as much information as possible. We create a comprehensive plan to utilize your strengths, and address the challenges. You commit to a 90 day process, and we partner with you to create breakthrough results.
Phase 2: Implement: We design a distinctly comprehensive approach that addresses the four primary domains of activity.
Phase 3: Sustain: After a re-evaluation of your teams successes, we implement ongoing coaching or other systemic supports to enable the stabilization of these new levels of personal and organizational capacity.
